The MITOCUBE® Hypoxic Training System for Home Use:
The MITOCUBE® was developed specifically for home use and combines modern hypoxia technology with ease of use and a high level of comfort. Training is performed while lying down or sitting and requires no physical activity.
An automatic hypoxia test is available to get you started, with an optional mild version for particularly sensitive or weakened users, such as those experiencing severe exhaustion. Multiple training modes (hypoxia–normoxia, hypoxia–hyperoxia, and adaptive hyperoxia) as well as a sports mode allow for flexible training customization.
Two pulse oximeters operating in parallel continuously measure oxygen saturation (SpO₂). Based on this, the MITOCUBE can automatically adjust the oxygen supply as needed. Additionally, heart rate variability (HRV) is displayed in real time and the training progress is saved.
