We are looking for you for 01.08.2024 as an office management assistant (m/f/d)!

Your duties as an employee with us include:

  • Supporting our customers mainly by telephone and e-mail
  • Preparation of offers
  • Commercial correspondence
  • Data maintenance in the CRM system
  • Support with sales controlling
  • Support for the sales force

What you should bring:

  • Advanced technical college certificate / university entrance qualification or very good secondary school certificate
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to learn and perform
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team & strong communication skills
